Located just east of Downtown Jacksonville, Arlington offers residents a sparse suburban feel. It is not just another residential neighborhood, as Arlington actually holds a big historical significance. It was one of the first areas in the United States visited by Europeans, and is also the site where many Jacksonville plantations were located in the 18th century.
