It is thought that spending time by the water can decrease your stress levels and even better, a good day at the beach may lead to a night of great sleep!!  At South Shore every unit is an end unit with two balconies overlooking pristine beaches and sparkling ocean, so everyday can be a beach day. Built in 1984 the building has just 7 floors. The condos have an open floor plan with huge windows and lots of nature light. There is an oceanside pool with shower so you can cool off with a dip in the pool after the beach. Assigned covered parking and extra parking is available for guests.  Also, public parking next to the condos can be used for multiple visitors.
